We at Global Card Services value and understand our customer's need for privacy. As a member of the direct marketing association we are required to follow specific practices to maintain the highest level of consumer privacy. Regular audits are performed. to assure the highest standards are maintained. Global Card Services does not gather or collect information from individuals for any purpose. We only use the information gathered by or customers for the purpose intended. The information that is provided to us is not shared with any other organization. Data security is a priority at Global Card Services access to personal information is restricted and available to only those who are necessary to our business. Data at Global Card Services remains the property of our customers and will not be altered in any substantial manner. Data is retained only as long as necessary and then destroyed. Customers who wish to have their information removed from our database can do so by contacting us at 1-630-960-3337 or by E-Mail at info@globalcrd.com. Individuals at Global Card Services must follow our data security procedures.

Global Card Services complies with the privacy principles of the "Safe Harbor" framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding collection, use, and retention of personal data from the European Union. The U.S. Direct Marketing Association (DMA) serves as Global Card Services third-party dispute resolution provider.
