Data Processing:
Flexible on-site programming to accept cardholder data in multiple formats.

 

Thermal Imaging:
Printing both sides in a wide range of colors. High quality graphics, custom typefaces, and logos in a variety of text styles and sizes.

 

Embossing:
Embossing to ANSI and ISO specifications. Tipping of characters in a wide variety of colors.

 

Encoding:
High coercivity (HiCo) and low coercivity (LoCo); one-, two-, and three-tracks. Cards are automatically read after encoding to ensure accuracy.

 

Indent Printing & Laser Engraving:
Indent printing on the front and back of cards with OCR and Alpha Numeric. Laser Engraving on the front of cards with OCR and Alpha Numeric.

 

PIN Mailers:
GCS can generate natural PINS. Mailers are sent to the cardholders a few days after the card.

 

High Speed Ink-Jet, Drop-On-Demand (DOD) & Encoding
Ink-jet CR80 and oversized cards in-line. Ink-jet alpha, numeric, barcodes, PINs, and apply Scratch off labels in-line. Drop-On-Demand (DOD) printing on CR80 and oversized cards in line, numeric, 32-digit barcodes, PINs, and apply Scratch off labels in-line.

 

Hot Stamp Scratch Off & Label Scratch Off:
Label scratch offs applied in-line through high speed ink-jet machines. Label scratch offs applied over PIN and account numbers.

 

Photo Graphic Printing:
Customize generic cards with your logo or cardholder's photograph. Cards are coated with a protective overlay to increase durability.

 

Customized Activation Labels:
High speed affixing of custom labels before or after personalization and thermal printing.

 

Card To Carrier Affixing:
Simplex and duplex carrier printing with high resolution in-line laser imaging. Match-affixing of multiple cards with several carrier folding options.

 

Card Fulfillment:
Inserting of multiple collateral materials (including carriers) into one envelope.

 

Specialty Fulfillment / Pick-Pack & Ship:
Specialized packaging to meet your needs. Items are custom boxed and labeled before shipping and tracked to guarantee delivery.
